The standard single room is approx. 16 m² in size, on the land side and is located on the ground floor or on the side of the first floor.

Single room comfort
The single room comfort is approx. 20 m² in size, partly sea view (or land side) and is located on the ground floor or on the first floor.

Double room standard
The standard double room is between 20 and 30 m² in size, faces the land / garden and is partly on the ground floor or on the side of the first floor.
